Villa Isa is a historic residence from the 1930s, located a short walk from the medieval old town of Manciano and a few kilometers from the Saturnia Thermal Baths.
Surrounded by a 2000 square meter terrace garden, Villa Isa boasts ancient fruit trees and offers breathtaking views of the Maremma sunsets, the Argentario promontory, and the Giglio and Montecristo islands.
The Villa has been completely renovated while respecting its original architectural style. The exterior is adorned with serena stone and travertine, while the interior is enriched with antique furniture, adding a touch of elegance to the rooms.
The property consists of 5 comfortable rooms, each with a different layout, all offering views of the sea and garden. Each room is equipped with adjustable autonomous heating, ceiling fans, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries. Free WiFi is also available.
From the Villa's tower, accessible via a spiral staircase, guests can access a spacious panoramic terrace where a generous buffet breakfast awaits them. The breakfast includes fresh ricotta from the Manciano dairy, cereals, pastries, crisp bread, jams, honey, butter, fresh fruit, yogurt, tea, coffee, milk, and fruit juices.
